So, the top folder is a complete mess full of folders I don't really use, and the singles folder is pretty straight forward, but I came up with this system for doubles. I sort them out by whichever character in the picture come alphabetically first. Then in those folders I make subfolders for all the characters that character has been shipped with. So in my Dave shipping folder there is no Aradia, because the AradiaXDave pics went into the Aradia folder. But everyone who comes after Dave alphabetically and is shipped with Dave goes into the Dave folder. This saved me from having a bajillion subfolders in my doubles folder and made it easier to sort.
