Nah, Disney is in full control of Star Wars, along with Kathleen Kennedy who is in charge of Lucasfilm. What we have now in terms of content is a few mediocre books where a couple of them are alright, to most that are just completely forgettable and bland. We also have Chuck Wendig, a writer that brings Earth problems into the Galaxy Far, Far away, in a ham-fisted manner and loves to soapbox on his high horse. He's also a terrible writer in general and gets asspained when he gets called out on it.

The only good comics have ended and we're getting the Rogue One movie, which looks alright and a Young Han Solo movie, which many are wondering why its being made(the real reason is Disney wants to get the "Girls that love cute badboys" demographic).

The less that can be said about our videogames, the better.
