If there was one thing erased from DC/Marvel continuity that you could bring back into canon, what would it be?
fun

Batman: Year 3
90% of Peter Parker's life
>>87425033
Silver Age Superman.
>>87425099
What? Everything Peter ever did since 1962 is essentially canon outside of his wedding and daughter.
>>87425076
Never even knew this was a thing.
>>87425171
Good call.

It ain't all doom and gloom guys...
Iron Man's Heroes Reborn suit

bring back Dark Beast, get rid of O5

Colin/Abuse
Cassandra Cain as Batgirl.
Crippled Barbara Gordon
Are my big three.
I'd probably think Cassandra Cain as Batgirl is the most important one to me, so the one I'd pick.

>i started reading comics five years ago: the post
How about we erase things? I choose to erase Civil War.
>>87425033
Kid Loki and the vague, interpretive, mythological way JIM told his story.
>>87425033
Wonder Woman old uniform
Superman who could moves worlds
>>87425172
Why he is so young them? He should be on his 70s, ad already with grandchildren.
>>87425356
1999 was 5 years ago

>1999 was 5 years ago
Geez. Where does the time go?
>>87425196
I honestly don't remember the last time I read a comic that entertained me.
It's mostly either shameless pandering or telling me I'm a bad person for doing nothing
>>87425514
look for the blue dong
>>87425033
Superman having actual screen time saving average citizens. The overpowering sense of being saved returned to comics for the unseen victims.
Ya know, the victims that get a passing mention of a criminals career. "Oh he raped 5 people and killed 10". How about we just have a half hour of these people being saved?
Fucking depressing is what it is. Taking the hero part out of heroic.
Louise Lincoln as Killer Frost

WINNER
Superman's original suit, would settle for red boots back
>>87425033
The death of Star-Lord and Nova at the end of Thanos Imperative. They're two of my favorite characters of all time, but they should have stayed dead with the big heroic sacrifice.
>>87425743
Bring them back as nth metal trunks colored red.
Pre crisis Superman. Would be better if silver age.
>>87425534
>he thinks he's not a bad person
Make batman stop killing. It'd make the existence of his villains make sense. How are they not dead? I mean he has the power to enter a jail and brand a villain, but he cant brand the guy who killed robin?
>>87425893
Why nth metal? To protect his dick from ghosts?
I'm suddenly intrigued by the story implications here.
>>87425033
I would utterly erase OMD.
>>87426017
Protect himself from getting hexed. They'll never know because it fits so well with the costume.
>>87425534
>I honestly don't remember the last time I read a comic that entertained me.

I only read capeshit: The Post
You don't even read capeshit outside of the Big Two, I bet
>>87426017
>To protect his dick from ghosts?
Yes. Do you have any idea how much damage a haunted super penis could cause?
>>87426055
This. It's the reason why I haven't touched a Spider-man comic in years.
>>87425853
What are you talking about, anon? They're still dead. Current Star-Lord is a time displaced version of him, and Rich's only an illusion of the Worldmind :^)
>>87425033
It was never officially canon, but I would retcon Nightcrawler's parentage back to the original idea of him being the lovechild of Mystique and Destiny
>>87427019
>>87425033
sandman as a good guy

I prefer Krypton as the scientific paradise concept, versus the cold, sterile, we don't procreate by touching - yuck that came out with Bryne's retooling.
I also think Luthor as a scientist (he can be a wealthy businessman as well, something more like the Silicone Valley guys who actually do something and not just create shitty apps/platforms for people to lazy to call a taxi, buy their groceries, find a rental, etc. Making Lex into a executive in the model of Lee Iacocca, or someone who was in manufacturing, finance, etc. just made him mostly boring in a vague sort of way. They can manage it for Sivana, so they could manage it for Lex.
I would have not killed Jason. I maybe might NOT have picked Jason, but I wouldn't kill him. Bruce has way too many side-kicks and too large a "family" - I would have preferred if they did something more with a follow-up to Dick becoming an adult, being someone who dated, so Bruce could have had a couple of teenagers eventually, and do more with Batwoman, perhaps.
I'd simplify the Lanterns - making them space cops for the entire universe was a bad idea, 3K people isn't enough cops for LA or NYC or Berlin or Hong Kong. It certainly isn't enough for the Universe. It just made stuff complicated and brought us crap like the emotions and extra colors.

Honestly, I like the idea of Krypton being a shitty place to live. Krypton always ends up overshadowing Earth and the Kents in such asinine ways; it's always weird to see Superman so accepting of and attached to a world he has almost no natural recollection of, which isn't helped by Krypton's occasional "science utopia" thing.
plus it makes them look like Space Sues which is lame
