I haven't bothered reading this because the art was so terrible.
Is the writing any better? Is it worth reading if I'm not paying for it and want the full Captain Hydra story?

Also, the continuity kerfuffles folks had issue with have been explained (Abe and Bucky are faking that he was imprisoned in Pleasant Hill to hide that he was working for SHIELD to make it happen, Kobik saved Fixer from the time loop)
