I don't see what's so bad about Beast Wars

You have an enormously entertaining and rotating cast of characters, solid episode-spanning writing and continuity, literally the only thing different from standard Transformers formula is what they turn into, and a much greater reduced amount of human buddies.

Beast Machines though, yeah, that was garbage no matter how you look at it.
