Once you get passed the awful voice acting and animation and focus on the content... It's still pretty meh, even though occasionally there would be a joke that's worth a small chuckle. But that's it to be honest. I agree that it doesn't deserve all the hate and people who hate probably only watched 2 minutes of it (I don't blame them though).

"Problem" partially comes from people going to watch it ironically and expecting everything to be fucking horrible. If you go into it in somewhat blank state knowing you get something bad may give you "So Bad, It's Good" kind of feel in the end. I also wonder why they made it so you couldn't understand Horatio half of the time, they shouldn't have increased pitch of his voice so much.
