Right now they're desperately trying to shoehorn someone no one really likes into a position that used to be occupied by oracle/barbara gordon and not a single person is hip to it.

She saw Batman and decided to be a vigilante
Trained for a couple of months with some people and this made her become the best Bat-vigilante in Gotham and above everyone else.

People always recommend Elegy because it's good but actually only the art is good the rest is pretty forgettable.
