The Teen Titans cartoon version of Raven has never existed in comics. They look somewhat similar and have similar powers and origins, but personality wise they're completely different characters. DC has made half-heated attempts in the last decade or so to turn Raven into the cartoon version, but they can't go all the way without erasing decades of character history that they just don't want to let go of.

But if you do want to learn about the comic Raven for some reason, start where she started, the Wolfman-Perez Teen Titans run from the 80s. But be warned that book when on for almost 2 decades and the longer it went the more it descended into a soap-operatic madness that has few rivals in comic book history. Among other things, it's canon in the DCU that Raven has raped everyone who was on that team.

Not really.

She'll always be a demon spawn even if Trigon dies, one of his children would take over it might even be her. Maybe if Trigon was killed and she took over his place and made it all sunshite and rainbows but even then she'd have to fight random children her demon father has birthed to keep it that way.

I guess there is no happy ending for her other than a simple death, she'll always be haunted by him.

I know a lot of people have find memories of this show but most of the time Raven was just a shallow character stereotype; the grumpy bookish one. The times when she broke out of that and had more personality were pretty rare, like during her storyline in the fourth season.

We were never going to get Season 6, regardless of whether or not TTG ever happened.

The Weisman Curse is a real thing that exists independently of TTG.

As it is, I get the old cast reunited in silly, black comedic whimsy that I get to share not only with my friends who also were there for the original series, but I get to sing songs about waffles and shrimps and prime rib with my niece and nephew, and introduce them to the original series, which they both love.

In short, you seem like a miserable little creature, and your tears of unfathomable sadness are delicious.

I would probably try to avoid trying to use her in conventional superhero stories for the most part and instead try stuff that better suits her character and personality. Something more experimental.

Using Neil Gaiman's Sandman comics as one inspiration could be a good idea. Now I'm not just saying "rip off Sandman", I'm just saying that could be used a an inspiration. Maybe the Hellblazer (Constantine) comics as well. These are the types of stories that would probably better suit Raven, instead of just beating up demons and stuff.

Would this work? Maybe not, but at least it couldn't hurt to try.
