Beauty was good in that her curse was also a blessing. Her daughter grew up to be plain, yet attractive, as well as having her aunts intelligence.
The one queen dying shocked me though, I honestly thought she would have made a deal with Beauty.

It's dubious to say how much she actually loved Max (or even Otto for that matter) since as soon as he pushes back on anything with her, she starts freaking the fuck out saying he doesn't love her.

I just meant the stuff with Mab, anyways. There should always be a fairy gotcha moment. The rape stuff, while bad, isn't really clever or inconvenient or generally mean spirited that most fairy pranks involve. She literally ushers in a golden age for all the kingdoms involved, and fucks up Fae cairn stones and the fairy roads. That is the stuff that causes you to get some general comeuppance. Fae don't really care about balance of punishment, they're all about what they can do to you NOW.
