From what little I remember about Rocket Power I vaguely remember the episode where Otto faked being sick to avoid getting outta doing chores so he can sneak out and compete in the Skateboarding competition

he was an asshole.

Otto was a prick! He did nothing good for nobody! He was a terrible friend, and used people about 90% of the series. Most episodes of Rocket Power revolve around Otto being a cunt.

Kind of happy Nick never rebooted this, I always disliked this show and Catdog.

What are your thoughts on this character? I thought he was a great character. He was great at sports and was likable. He's also the main character of my favorite show of all time.

I liked him. His huckster personality worked well. I liked Gus and Spinelli better.

Only tangentially related, but I don't quite get why people say Recess is inspired by Hogan's Heroes. There isn't much in common between the two shows. There are almost no overlaps between the character archetypes and the relationship between Tj and the faculty isn't anything like that between Hogan and the camp staff.
