He was okay. Didn't have the same presence as other Rogues on the show. Like Captain Cold, Weather Wizard, Trickster, Heat Wave and even Golden Glider. He was better than their version of Rainbow Raider. Plus he's recurring. Hopefully he gets better over time.

I liked him. His powerset was entertaining and the fancy tailored suit was actually a pretty distinguised proto-suit.

My only complaint is that his delivery was a bit weird, like, super-intense at all times. I think the actor was trying to give his performance an over-the-top quality akin to Wentworth Miller's, but it didn't land quite as well.

You don't have to retcon the show. Snart and Mick said yes in the Legends timeline. If they say no in this "Broken Cup" post-flashpoint timeline the Legends versions of them are timeline remnants that aren't effected by their current incarnations.

Thawne can take Snart from the timeline before he said yes to Legends, then returned before he said he said yes to Legends. Also that implies Snart still lives probably through further timeline tampering if Thawne is involved in bringing him along.

The Legends were probably outside of the timeline during Flashpoint so they probably weren't affected. They probably remember the old timeline with baby Sara

They should have noticed the aberration, they really suck at their job

Also from what Rip said about how the Legends help wouldn't have saved Laurel from Damian Dahrk, it sounds like he tried to take them there before, made things worse and undid that interference so that none of his team recalled it. So even the Legends go through several timelines
