Well they already threw away the best opportunity to remove her arm so the best way to do it is Hot Tub Time Machine that shit, so keep putting her in situations where we think she'll lose her arm but she keeps it. Maybe have hit happen 5 times and she loses it on the last.

Late twenties, though. Finn Jones is 28, only a few months younger than Iain deCaestecker on Agents of SHIELD (March '88 vs. December '87). The only major Marvel actors I can think of who are still in their early twenties are Chloe Bennet & Jessica Henwick, who are both 24.
