Lightning Man is Mosaic, aka not-Deadman. He has the power to possess people then keep some of that person's knowledge/skills when he body hops. So if he hopped into a Russian guy then into Spider-man, then he'd still be able to speak Russian even while possessing Spider-man.

Not-Stick is Reader. He's basically a reality warper that can cause anything he reads to happen (so if he reads the word "fire" then he'd create fire, if he reads the word "teleport" then he'd teleport, etc.). The genetic counsel ripped out his eyes though, so he can only read via braille tablets that he carries around. Also he can only use his powers 3 times per long rest, with each consecutive use being half the power of the last one.
