One of the character designers for Cowboy Bebop drew an authentic sketch of Spike on that wall when he visited CN.

Some retarded intern drew what I can assume is his own face over that sketch and ruined it.

the only way you'd really be able to fix it is probably with painting it over or using a Mr. Clean magic eraser (or generic version)

that shit should take the marker off no problem, but the difficulty would be in replicating Spike with a pencil. Unless someone was trained in drawing with the same weight/force of the original, you'd obviously be able to tell the difference.

And someone else could just come over and draw over it again.

Nearly every art school have a big wall where anyone can draw in it, over the time it becomes full of drawing over drawing, but that's ok because nobody draws there expecting that his art will last long, it is just a ephemeral, casual work

It's not about the work, the entire thing is one huge accidental metaphor for the animation industry in america.

old one is soft, drawn in pencil alone, the creator drew it in some passing fancy as he walked through the stairwell.

The new one is bold, bright, it covers up what came before and yet it's no accident, you can see in the new drawing where the creator took time to painstakingly draw everything exactly as they wanted, in pencil first and then later in midnight black sharpie after they perfected their crime.

If you did, you would know those application websites almost never fucking work because often times, studios just get hires from recommendations, college recruits, or re-hire old employees. On a rare occasion, they approach a, usually popular, artist they're interested in. You have a better chance of starting your own studio and getting work than getting a job from CN because you applied on their website.
