I was always bothered by that run, not really because of the idea, which wasn't bad and did have its fun moments, but the fact that I was sure from the beginning that it was gonna end with the Doc burning all of Peter's bridges to basically soft reboot his life OMD style once he came back. Reading how he shat on Kaine and Thompson was painful, and the ending having nobody but Miguel O'hara knowing what happened just sucked away any willpower to see how Peter's new run would turn out.

Do you guys think it's worth picking it back up from where I left it (First issue of the post-Superior run where Peter meets te doc's dwarf gf)? Does the world at least partially recognize that it wasn't him, or at least does he make up with Kaine?
