Nightwing was able to beat Midnighter 1v1, and Catman took on Aquaman 1v1 and fought him to a standstill, so as far as martial artists with no powers go, those two and Batwoman are by FAR the strongest.

With Cass introduction all martial artists seemed to get boosts, but Bronze tiger was kinda forgotten. Bruce got 2 big boosts first after training with shiva and then in one year later.
