It pretty much started like regular action cartoons and got blown out of proportion by the jews in CN. The OS had an episode where Ben outright heckled a guy who cashed in on the aliens he transformed into. I don't think they originally intended for the series to go that far.

Best ep from the original series is Secrets, easily.

Alien Force had a few good episodes, but nothing that stood out as great. Darkstar Rising kinda stands out to me for some reason.

Ultimate Alien had The Forge of Creation. Seeing young Ben again was pretty great.

Omniverse... I dunno. The rooters stuff was great, but all the retconning about Osmisians was kinda dumb and left a shit ton unexplained. Maybe Showdown?

that's basically how it goes in real life these days(at least here in the US), most girls start getting boobs between 9 and 12 depending on a mix of hormones, genetics, and diet, most girls in that age range in cartoons look more like how a 7-8 year old instead of an actual 9-12 year old(Gravity Falls is a particularly notable offender in this regard, not to mention the screwy height issue involving the younger characters)
