No, not really. I really liked it as a kid, but only a few episodes really stick out.

Fourth season WAS tacked on - it ended at three, since that was standard disney format at the time: give everything a cartoon, run it for three seasons regardless of popularity. KP ended with a large fanbase, which demanded another season, so they had to write themselves out of a corner and shoehorn in some more story. It was bad.

It's not finished, and as a huge fan of the game, it's state is like literally pre-alpha.
Wait until it's in a better stage, but here's a link if you're really curious.
Note that the Ann Possible and Shego subplots are incomplete. Don't do the jobs since grinding is pointless at this stage and the rewards are not worth it.
