No, but Uncanny Inhumans always does pretty fucking bad in sales threads. I don't actually know what OP is referencing, since there's no reason to think Marvel is done pushing them. I'd still bet they come out on top of IvX.

The Inhumans movie is delayed indefinitely and currently resides in limbo. The whole Inhumans push was completely dependent on the Inhumans film putting those characters on the map in the public eye.

That makes no sense. Even when it was still on the Inhumans movie was years away when they started getting pushed in the comics after Infinity. Like more than 6 years away. That's 6 Marvel relaunches. 8 if we're talking Captain Marvel, a character Marvel is pushing way harder than the Inhumans and has a movie coming out sooner and who sells way worse than them.
