In E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial there was a scene where the kids take E.T. out on Halloween night, and when he sees a little kid in a Yoda costume he starts chasing after him yelling "HOME! HOME!"

Then in The Phantom Menace, there's this shot during one of the Galactic Senate scenes where one of those hover platforms has three members of E.T.'s race.

No, actually. In fact, all three were made by separate companies.

Sony/Columbia did the Spider-Man films, Fox did Daredevil, and MTV did TNAS which combined them.

Keep in mind, things were more lax back then. Despite their being two different deals (which is why that crossover movie was canned so quickly) Wolverine almost made a facial cameo in Fantastic Four AND Spider-Man 2, X2: X-Men United featured Stark logos on various pieces of technology in the Blackbird, and Jane Punisher made a cameo via stunt double during the end of Spider-Man 2.
