late storytime for the spider waifu
>>87080953
>scarlet spider and GR exist on earth 65
neato
>>87080959
yo what's up with that neck?
im gonna ship mj and gwen just because she is dressed has a spider character
>>87080993
artist is legaly blind
somewhat shitty desu
see you next issue
I expected nothing, and I still was dissapointed. Thanks anyways op.
>>87081355
>see you next issue
SERIOUSLY?
I don't mean your storytiming, taq. I mean how do they keep justifying continuing this book?
>>87080981
so does that mean scarlet spider came first (real or fictional) and Gwen has been ripping him/her off all this time?
>>87081202
venom?
I actually enjoyed this issue. Especially Betty-65
>>87081146
>>don't fight the name if the name fits
those lyrics are from the fan made song, neat.

>>87081822
Because it's ok? Not the best, but far from the worst, both in terms of writing and sales.
>>87082251
Catchy
>>87082291
Maybe sales, but definitely not writing.
>>87081822
Earth 65 has loads of potential, they just need to ban decompressed storytelling in young elseworlds books
>>87082251
there's fan songs? neat.
>>87080981
Spider-MJs everywhere these days.
>>87081128
Harry's grave is pretty lame.
>>87082436
Subjective
>>87080953
>late storytime for the spider waifu
But all this issue did is prove that Betty is best Waifu.
>>87081059
>Those hips on MJ
Still would like an artist change but damn
Wait is Harry dead?
>>87081822
It's one of the best if not the best selling spider book
Or at least it was, not sure now
>>87081875
I think Gwen is in college now; which means there's been enough time for Miles Warren to get a creepy obsession with her and dump a defective clone in a garbage pile of dead Mary Janes.
>>87081090
Bump
>Wifi
Wifi? Data plans? They aren't supposed to be technologically advanced enough for that yet since they're still in the late 90's or early 2000's techwise.
>>87084398
last I read he had joined SHIELD and told Gwen he was gonna get revenge on Spider-Woman for killing Peter. I don't think he's shown up since then
>>87084920
they have a 90's punk setting, but all the tech is still modern.
>>87081012
Neat panel.
This book is really bad
>>87081822
It's in a weird limbo.
The guy that "created" and writes her is going blind which is not something i'd wish on any artist no matter how much of a dipshit they are which is probably gaining him sympathy points to let it continue. They also know she CAN be popular due to the initial interest in her. She's not like other stuff which has failed from the get go as they know there is a target audience that they can reach if they don't fuck things up.
>>87080981
>>87081146
>>87081202
Why is Gwen the most joyless Spider-person ever? Miles is more fun than her. Kamala would make a better Spider-Woman than her. Heck, Gwen Poole is better than Spider-Gwen.
>>87086003
her whole thing is being a somewhat schizoid mess on the verge of suicide.
she appeals to fans of angst and hurt/comfort fiction
I think this was the most incoherently plotted issue yet, and Latour's set a pretty low bar with some of the earlier issues.
>>87082251
I don't think that's technically a fan song, I think that was whipped up by someone the writer knows. It predates the first issue.
>>87081012
The giant looming Mysterio has a Ditko vibe to it
>>87084398
No. Neither is her father, nor the Parkers.
>>87086491
I'm just waiting for the special #100 issue where Gwen gets to be happy.
I thought /co/ had forgotten about this series. When was the last time it got storytimed?
>>87081284
Okay, this gag was okay.
>>87086491
She's boring. I thought she would be fun. But all she does is nope and brood. They should call her Spider-Emo.
>>87089725
She's a lot more upbeat in Web Warriors, but I wouldn't recommend reading it unless you're a massive Gwen fan.
>>87081340
>somewhat shitty desu
I've been saying that for a while now. I think it's time for me to finally drop this series. Thanks, anyway.
