Well, in the movie It works just like how the other anon stated. Shin Godzilla adapts to the situation and mutates based on the scenario. Needs to get onto dry land? Grows legs and arms. Military launching an attack on it? Fire the atomic breath. Bombs being unleashed on its back? Fires off rave lasers from its back. Humans beating it? Spawns Godzilla/human creatures to try and fight them off (Though Godzilla's defeated before he can properly get that last one going). I'd say that with Godiva, she probably alters her body based on whatever Anon suggests for her.

There's subtle differences on Winnie and Tanis, too, but even those designs are with lots of liberties taken. That's why people don't get on those design choices as much as the others.

Don't be dramatic, it could be more off-model.

Realistically, the true reason for her design is most likely that it is lewder/sexier/curvier.

But the body swapping theory isn't really wrong. Plus Frankenstein's monster is typically portrayed as green which this model now reflects. Admittedly, her true model is more 'bride of Frankenstein' but Frankenstein is more iconic anyway. Plus between the hair and the body she would seem to be more of a mix of Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein (she is their 'kid' anyway)

But let's not overthink it, tldr: her new model is hot
