Reeve had broader shoulders and was 6'4 tall. You can't really compare the two.

Personally, I feel like Hoechlin is too small. I get the impression that the Superman suit they gave him is even too big for him and doesn't fit. But maybe that's just the photos I saw.

I'll have to wait and see how he plays both Supes and Clark to determine if he's good or not.
