While the rebuttal might be that the conversation was retconned away and that the "real" conversation did not mention Erisolsprite, it would be really weird if so; Caliborn comes from Universe C, which can only have existed in the post-retcon reality, as it was impossible to create a universe in a reality where Skaia was submerged in lava, amongst other things. So the idea of a "pre-retcon" Caliborn and C session makes very little sense, but that's what the Erisolsprite conversation being retconned implies.

The green insides imply first guardian heritage but the black outside says otherwise, and presumably a "last guardian" would be red on the inside but that's a dumb theory anyways. They certianly aren't lusii either so that leaves something completely out of left field.
