Again, the Bat-Family has so many members that they have enough to qualify as their own faction. Just have them take over a gang or two and make them into a Bat-Army or something with Bruce as the head honcho, and the Robins/Batgirls/others being the street generals. This way, we could see more of Bruce come out, the corporate leader who's used to supervising an organization.
