Like Magiswords, Mucha Lucha cartoon too is based around the titular gimmick.

But much unlike Magiswords, Mucha Lucha makes it clear what the central concept is. Kyle's cartoon introduced wacky, cartoony spoof on fantasy weapons and heroes and so far hasn't made a single step to make its world revolve around it in an easily understandable manner.

This show does make the premise clear. It's two warriors going on missions that get them paid, using weapons that can basically do anything. It's pretty simple actually, I don't get how you fail to grasp it.

That alone isn't sufficient to create a lasting, elaborate world, which means that Kyle will have to go through hell just to try and extend his show beyond a single season.

We are three full episodes into the show and it already relies on spoofs that don't help to establish any clear grounding for the presumed premise.

It's going to get even staler than it should super fast because every problem is solved by just using a random magisword.
It's a stupid gag comedy for kids, yeah, but it'll be as boring as Uncle Grandpa because the core concept itself is uninteresting and only goes in one direction all the time. I guess CN's idea is just to make a ton of magisword sword merch and sell those, which frankly sounds like a good plan.
This show was being buried/advertised as a mobile show anyway for a while, but I guess it got pushed to full time since they're gonna be running out of shows.

People like this is why I can see what makes shows like this stand out as bad, it doesn't hold water, you might as well watch the same fucking show under a different skin. Near 99% of CNs shows are copypasted settings, and it's hugbox territory levels of arrogance to actually like this shit. Shows used to have their OWN dynamics, something that made them special from one another. And you as a person liked these shows because of how unique they were to you, they didn't do what other shows did before, or slap in some gimmick from their show (aka, the Narrator from Spongebob) and have that always be the basis of any action that occurred ("MAGISWORRRD!", pic related, etc)

As much as this show might be "comfy", shows should be more than that. And it seems Merica is the only place on this planet that has the lowest standards for animation now, every place else like Nips and Frenchies has far better content standards for entertainment, for all ages too.
