Well Spider-Woman and Luke Cage co-starred in all the same Bendis Avengers books, so not very.

There might be one less Netflix show though, I'm fuzzy on whether or not Spider-Woman's rights are tied to Spider-Man's.

I remember hearing something like Jessica Drew is with Marvel, but Spider-Woman is with Sony. Then again in an interview Kevin Feige once said that there weren't any characters they could use to get around the trademark, one of those he used as examples was Spider-Woman. While it's true he said Spider-Woman and not Jessica Drew, one would think he'd mention if he did have the rights to Drew.
