Never actually did anything like those characters because I'm too paranoid of sounding like a disgusting autist, but what fucks me up is the reaction people around them have with them when they are trying to be friendly. It's more like pity on the glue eating kid and pity-empathy on Cheese.

Yeah, that's the main reason I don't wanna go. I try to avoid thinking of whether I have autism or not and just attempt to act as normal as possible in public.
