Looks like magneto now
Jesus, just put Patrick Stewart out to rest already. Man was old when TNG premiered.
>>86782389
>what is hollywood makeup
>>86782389
That's make-up. He actually looks pretty great for 76. Especially considering he did look old back in TNG.
>>86782402
I meant more in the general sense, anon.
>>86782389
47 isn't old
Plus he also just loves acting, he's not gonna stop until he's dead
>Why are you filming my scenes first, James?
>>86782439
probably not make-up, but a certain lens and exposure can show skin imperfections that can't be seen with the naked eye.
People with freckless look funny on those pictures.
>>86782344
>I used to run the X-men, you know... And had hair.
>>86782386
If you want creepy, look up Magneto McKellen's Sherlock Holmes movie. He plays old Holmes and really fucking old Holmes.
>>86782389
Dude looks better at 75 yrs old than 99% of /co/.

Sir Patrick has aged like fine wine. He's in his 70s and still sexy as hell.
>>86782344
Sir Patrick is one of few celebrities I will cry over once he dies.
>>86782444
He's fucking immortal
>>86783045
That was actually pretty good
>>86782389
He wasn't old, just bald.
It's in the contract that all Star Trek captains are required to be immortal in order to attend conventions for at least 2 centuries.
>>86782344
So how far in the future are they planning to go? 10-15 years?
>>86786583
Literally one
>>86786636
Is this confirmed? Cause the likely guess is the kid is Laura. Any other possibilities?
>>86786679
hes the best
>>86786679
do you think the hand he cut off grew a body?
>>86782344

>ISO 3200
>1/250
Is there any reason to have a shutter speed that fast or ISO that high? Presumably it was shot in a studio so there's no shortage of lighting. Is there something specific about high ISO that actually causes those blemishes to become more visible or would a lower ISO/slower shutter at the same exposure do that too?
>>86786088
Shatner looks like shit, he just dies his hair.
>>86782389
>tfw you defy aging so well you need make up just to look your age
>>86782389
This is him in his current show Blunt Talk, he looks almost the exact same as he did in TNG. It's crazy how well he's aged. I guess that's the only upside to going completely bald as a teenager.
>>86782439
>He's 76
Bullshit, he can't possibly be tha-
Well fuck me he actually is. Dude's in amazing shape
>>86787692
Clearly, he sacrificed his hair for immortality
>>86783027
UV exposure. Sunscreen looks like blackface to the same lens.
He's not doing a lot of acting in the OP, just showing his age.
>>86784573
They won't let you near the casket, dreamer.
>>86786088
Shatner's pretty big. Fat guys don't show wrinkles as well.
When he starts losing weight, it's the end.
>>86787501
assume it's the best way to capture UV wavelengths, though you'd imagine that's something to do with lenses rather than shutter speed
>>86787692
That's him with quite a lot of makeup in his current show, with a flattering camera angle.
This is him without.
>>86787774
>assume it's the best way to capture UV wavelengths, though you'd imagine that's something to do with lenses rather than shutter speed
I figured it would have more to do with the lens than the body, which is why that particular setting seemed kinda weird to me. Why shoot at such a fast shutter speed in this environment?
>>86787805
Yeah, his skin is finally giving away his real age. Pretty sure he still works out though, and that will always help him get around and generally look better, not to mention the whole "it's good for ya" aspect
He will die in your life time.
>>86783068
The middle looks great
But jeeeesus those arms
>>86788808
Jokes on you I'm killing myself tomorrow
>>86787774
Yeah Shatner's weight helps a lot. I'm sure he knows it a bit, regardless of his being too old to give a fuck. He is apparently almost hyper-active in his old age; he's got that "if I slow down I die" mentality
>>86788944
Jokes on him he died todayin some alternate timeline
>>86782389
Patrick Stewart is actually pretty healthy and fit for his age.
He walked past me on the street last month on 8th ave and 46th in NYC. He's lookin good.
>>86787848
Literally the only reason I can think of off the top of my head is wavelength, as in, UV has a frequency which is higher than visible light, so maybe a shorter exposure reduces non-uv exposure? I have no idea.
>>86788379
oh yeah, he's not slowing down
new wife is literally half his age iirc, and it doesn't seem like he's the type to marry his nurse
>>86790306
>Wes Anderson Presents Tintin and Flight 714
>>86786684
I've heard it takes place in 2024, just one year after the DoFP future sequences. That might just be a rumor though.
>>86783068
>Larry david face.
>>86788808
I fucking hope so, it'd be fucked up if he didn't
>>86790306
"Hurry, Logan! We'll be late for the Country Kitchen Buffet!"
>>86790999
I think she's somewhere in her late 30s. It's interesting though as he apparently expresses great regret about failing his first marriage. It's also kinda funny; it isn't mentioned much in the show but Picard was supposed to be in his mid 60s at the time of TNG. By the time of ST:O he's just short of 100.
>>86782344
>Patrick Stewart is so ageless that, even as a 76 year old, they have to use make up to make him look older.
It's nice to know the world can still amuse you with shit like this.
>>86792921
Yeah but that's a setting where people can live to 137 and it's no big deal. Bones isn't even officially canon dead as of Nemesis or whatever was last.
He's so old his hair grew back.
>>86782488
>47
???
>>86788808
And we were lucky enough to have existed at the same time as him
