I enjoy Tracy Butler's art greatly, especially her pencil drawings she has uploaded on her website. She is one of my favorite illustrators.

The story of Lackadaisy isn't really for me, but I still respect her work greatly as she puts a lot of research and time into it.

This. I know we all love her artwork and everything, but it can never really be properly stated Just. How. Much. Detail. There is in any one image. Other webcomic artists mostly seem to have found their own nice balance between the art being good and quick to draw, with some really pretty stuff out there, but Tracy puts a truly absurd amount of detail into the art. Given the sheer amount of time and effort just one panel could take it's a miracle she updates twice a month at all.
