I'll give you a rundown of what happened
Basically, it's the biggest klance fanfic in the fandom. The story is so big and popular that it has its own search tag on tumblr because people were complaining that it was clogging up the klance tag and shit.
So with this many people reading it you just know that something is gonna happen eventually.

In one of the chapters lance sings a song called 'gasolina' and tumblr flips out. Apparently, since the author is 'white' she has no right doing that to lance since she's not mexican or cuban, or whatever the hell lance is. crazy side of the klance fandom called her racists, were flooding her inbox with hate, and did call out posts to her, they were just tormenting the girl while she replied level headed. as this all was going on she was still making chapters until one day it just got too much.
She made a final post on her tumblr saying she's not having fun with the story anymore and was gonna end it in 2 or 3 more chapters.
The crazy side of the klance fandom were happy that this racist girl was gonna stop polluting their safespace

Her story was last updated on July 28, she started the story on July 11, so its pretty safe to say that she abandoned it because of the harassment she got.
