If I had to guess, I would say in the time skip between Secret Wars and the relaunch. Jessica's client mentioned that her husband went looney about 8 months ago and started talking about his other life. Marvel relaunch had a 9 month time skip, so this might be about 8 months after Molecule Man unfucked the multiverse

maybe. I can't really say for sure, but this whole business of Jessica hiding the baby and fighting Luke doesn't match up with anything that's going on with Luke or Jessica in any of the other books. In Spider-Man the two of them appeared and they were all friendly. Obviously they're together and content and the baby is around in the Power Man & Iron Fist book. And I've seen Jessica in other places like the Hellcat book, where none of this stuff is referenced.

Either it's in that time skip, or this is some kind of flash-forward

From this issue, we already know that Jessica already had her baby, the Civil War already happened, and the Champions are probably already formed, so it takes place sometime in the future, yeah. But because of Bendis' timeline fuckery, it all really doesn't make sense even then because we're canonically 1 year since Secret Wars, not 8 months. 8 months was the start of ANAD, and ~4 months have past since then.

I think when Reed and Franklin remade the world, the nature of the incursions were altered. I'm not sure if they explained what changed other than the Future Foundation dying/disappearing in the final incursion. It seems like T'Challa is the only one who remembers what actually happened since he traveled back with the Time Gem instead of being remade.

The narrative set-up of Luke Cage and a bunch of friends bugging Jessica Jones about her baby here is weird and crappy and jarring.

The good part of the issue is the mystery and Jessica arriving in her office before Misty appears. By "good" I mean "would be good if Bendis got edited". It's a shame it's so little of it.
