I know this thread is memes, but Dark Victory is a much, MUCH better version of the same story. Long Halloween has an incredibly stupid ending. Dark Victory has the best Dick Grayson origin ever presented. DV also has better art by the simple fact that Tim Sale improved and got more creative.

I agree with this 100%. It's just that since it's kind of a retread of LH it doesn't get enough credit, but I thought it's a better comic in every single way.
Better plot, better written characters, less movie ripoffs, better art, an ending that actually makes sense.
I still like Loeb better when he just writes wacky stuff like Superman/Batman, where the cheesiness works in his favor.
