Starting book 4 tonight. Unfortunately this cover came out so I already know who dies basically.

Well one of the pages in the latest issue shows Saya at his gravestone. So I guess one could take that as confirmation that he's dead. On the other hand that may not mean the case is closed on the matter. I do know that one of Remender's other comics, Fear Agent, had the protagonist "die" in the first arc, only to be brought back at the end of the next arc. So Remender could be pulling a move like that. Or not.

I think Marcus could be very well alive, i mean Saya is pretty good with the katana and stabbed him in the stomach so she might have been able to stab him without killing him but brutal enough to trick Viktor? Plus the headmaster said some ominous shit that "the dead can still affect the living", might hint that marcus is recuperating somewhere? unless they show the dead body i wont be convinced marcus is dead.

Remender has confirmed that he's dead. So instead the story will shift to focus on Saya and the new incoming students.

If you said this before this issue came out I would definitely disagree with you on wanting Petra but now after reading it and seeing what has been done with her I'm not so sure. I feel like everything that was interesting about her has been removed, in both a visual sense and personality wise. So if this >>86675195 >>86675230 is how she's going to be like onward I don't think I would really care that much if she got killed off.

I think this book suffers from the fact it has no likable characters, Marcus was a whiny self-sabotaging cunt who spent so much time being a shithead I was happy when they killed him, but Rememder also strikes me as a Butcher-esque writer who will kill or torture any character he gets his hands on, especially if they are good hearted so who knows what will happen to this bunch

I'm already sad, I liked the new Irish dude and he's already gone
