hmm, it's not clear. The deviant edition looks like just the strips that were colourised and reprinted by Eagle comics. A good place to start but I'd say if you want the whole thing you probable want the 3 volumes of the complete edition

Yup, 2000ad is currently owned by Rebellion, the Sniper Elite guys. It's a little disappointing they haven't done more with their available IPs
