There were a number of mediocre episodes. I agree the last season had pretty weak material; for me though, the S4 episode about turning Jimmy into a sumo wrestler stands out as an especially dull and lame one.

The fucking Picture Day episode. Eddy literally did nothing wrong in that episode, all he wanted was a good school picture. But Kevin fucks him over and gets away with it.
