Phil: One of the main characters. Sleazy and crude little fuck who talks like a drunky Bently the turtle from Sly Cooper

Jack: The other main character who sounds like Patrick Star with an accent. His whole character is pretty much the "straight" man and that's it.

Tito Dick: Phil and Jack's perverted uncle who sounds like Brak's Dad.

Horatio: Crass cyborg monkey with an electronic chipmunk voice.

Chita: The only genuinely likable character who's not an asshole or insane.

It was like watching a car crash with the passengers being fratboys and stoners.

Highlights:

-Phil and Horatio getting sexually molested by gay porn stars in the second episode.
-Snoop Dogg and Tupac as ducks shitting on celebrities.
-Tito as a blind samurai in feudal Japan.
-Jack trying to become black.
-Phil and Jack as superheroes stoping supervillain Tito from impregnanting people with his evil babies.
-Phil and Jack becoming a luchador and Zoro-esxpy respectively after being brought back from the dead to fight rival graphitti artists.
-Jack's evil twin killing people on Halloween, with a scene where Jack graphically makes out with Chita's brain in Phil's body.
-Phil, Jean Claude Van Damme, and Ron Jeremy summoning phallic midgets from their crotch to fight each other.
-Phil, Tito, Horatio, Chita, and a little chinese man controling a Power Rangers-esque mecha to fight a robotic hillbilly piloted by George W. Bush, Don Imus, and a whitewashed Jack that's turning ethnicities into white people.

I mean, I guess it's up to interpretation, but from what I've watched, everything is much less stiff in season 2 and there's more variety with the puppets.

In fairness, it was made like five years after season 1 so maybe the technology just improved.
