One scene in The Mechanic had more Hitman in it then two fucking actual Agent 47 films.

Each episode is one assassination.
Maybe some kind of Interpol investigation furthering the plot on the side. Agent 47 is shown to be extremely competent or it wouldn't work. No flying gunplay bullshit on the regular, most of the time it should be infiltration.
Basically emulate the games as much as possible.
