Those are the reapers though. I'm talking about how Zoom/Flash are able to get earlier versions of themselves to help them without collapsing timelines.

Their version of Flashpoint will be completely different from what we have in the comics.
There will be no war or dystopian shit. Barry will just start to lose his memories and powers.
