So in Voltron, are their weapons called bayards as a tribute to the famous French knight, Chevalier de Bayard, and are they called Paladins as a reference to the knights of Charlemagne, or am I over thinking it?
I'm wondering if the writing staff of Voltron has a ouiaboo in their midst.

nah sounds about right
Voltron thread, I guess
Any good pidge x reader lewd stories?
Wouldn't be surprised to be honest.
Bayard was a pretty cool dude. Would be great if it was a deliberate ref.
'Cause the paladins and bayards are unique to this version of Voltron, so thought it might be a ref.
Although I'm not sure what's up with the Pollack stuff involving the Galra.
rarepair thread?

It's pretty comfy. Either position.

As far as I know, those words don't mean anything other than being a reference to those things. So yes, they're references.
Though I guess paladin could be reference to D&D, which itself is referencing the knights of Charlemagne.

wish i could do it. The way my chest and shoulders are built and the way they're all bent and fucked up from bad posture, not only would that hurt me, i'd probably crush her entire coochular area in the process.
