I find it funny that Nanette Manoir actually seems like a more likable kid than Angela herself, despite the show clearly wanting us to side with Angela. I mean seriously, Angela is a prick.

Literally all of the characters are insufferable (the italian kid is the least annoying imo) and the plot of almost every episode is essentially the same.

I think a show about a goofy tomboy and a prissy rich girl having a rivalry/friendship thing would be great.

It's definitely not this show though.
