The first episode isn't impressing me.
Does it get any better?
It goes downhill then back up for the last episode
Episode 5 is so much better than every other episode desu but since the season is only 6 episodes, you might as well watch the whole thing.
DUDE ANIMATED SERIES WHERE I PLAY MY OWN DAD CENTERED AROUND SIMULTANEOUS BITCHING ABOUT HOW TRAUMATIC MY CHILDHOOD WAS AND HOW KIDS TODAY ARE SUCH PUSSIES LMAO
Sure. The show's pretty cool. It's more laid back and less whacky than a lot of animation. but yeah, it's a pretty neat show.
If you dig Bill Burr and are moderately familiar with the 70's from a more realistic standpoint as opposed to this surreal idea of what the 70's represents in pop culture, sure. That show is a good time.
It's basically "what if The Simpsons and Family Guy weren't fucking awful and actually had continuity?"

It's better than the last two disappointing seasons of BoJack, that's for sure

There are exceptions but usually the answer is no. It doesn't.

One of my main concerns is that shows are usually animated for these reasons:
>Freedom in character design
>Doing things that would look stupid in live action or CGI (usually magical stuff)
>Aesthetics
I'm not picking up in any of these, except maybe for the intro. Why is this show animated and not live-action?

maybe because netflix are trying to push cartoons for adults that don't rely on wacky family guy bullshit to be acceptable.

F Is For Family to me feels like the natural progression of what shows like Flintstones and Simpsons laid down.
