Is this good?

Watch it yourself and find out, retard.

Animations godtier. The plots confusing and downright stupid at times.

I was never once confused by it, some of it is stupid yeah, but that's Spawn.
Better than the comics.

This.
Second and third seasons, yes. In the first they were in that "Look we can be an edgy cartoon on television" mode.

>it's a spawn broods while people who were nice to him get killed episode
>>86321287
>le edgy is bad cause in 2016 we only like pastel colored things for kids
God shut up, it's about ten years too late to keep making fun of the 90s and most of you who still do it are probably like 17 and have an entire decade of other cringey shit you should be made fun of

It's worth watching just for Violator.
>>86319987
It's leaps and bounds better than the movie.
>>86319987
First season is best because you actually see spawn and violator appears. Seasons 2 & 3 they ran out of money so we only see spawn's eyes on a black background and violator appears less and less.
The Burke and Twitch story arc is the better part of the series

I lived through the 90s. Eric Radmoski didn't like it either.
>The first season of Spawn had an extreme level of violence, language and adult situations. To you, was there too much of this in the first season?
>Most of the scripts for season one existed prior to my joining the production. The content that existed in those scripts was integral to the stories of “Spawn” that Todd McFarlane wanted to portray. At times I felt some of the language and violence was gratuitous and unnecessarily repetitive.
