It basically means she's really good at coming up with concepts for a show and doing some storyboarding and fleshing it out.

When a big name hits the stage in any department from acting to directing the most common thing that happens is people will change their pen name or legal name to that big hit.
In 2001 thousands of people in the CA area legal change their name to the Polish last name Wachowski. Most of them were in the film making businesses.

I use to work as a grunt with this shit and you be amazed at the amount of big last names that would be penned on a garbage screenplay.

The correct solution is to cut the number of allowed threads on /mlp/ silently by 10 every 6 weeks over an 18 week period (minus 30 threads). Maybe even smoothen the rate to -1 thread per 4.2 days.

I don't think anyone who advocates lifting GR15 also advocates getting rid of /mlp/. Just like how you can use Pokemon reaction images outside of /vp/, these people just want to use their pony reaction images outside of /mlp/, I don't even think they want to make mlp threads because a lot of them, I'll bet, don't even watch the show anymore, because if they did, they'd just go to /mlp/ to post those images.

It's not even Hollywood problem.
All art and media have that issue through out time.
There are female writers that date back centuries that got married but didn't change their name. Not out of some demand for girl power, but the fact they they already had books published under their maiden name, and that was at a time when it took weeks/months for information to travel.
