Lance's attitude towards Keith has been confirmed by the writers to be completely onesided and motivated by his own self-esteem problems rather than him giving a shit about Keith as a person either way. And Keith has no real cause to go after Lance.

Ultimately I think if Keith was going to be gay it would be for a fourth party, otherwise it's likely they'll have him be completely single Tieria-style while the other two go off with love interests of their own, or finally seal the deal with the Keith/Allura ship which was teased pretty hard in the old series but never made official.

I find it strange that Asami and Korra really isn't as popular as Zutara. I guess the opposites attract aspect doesn't work if it involves lesbians and doesn't involve bad boys. But yeah, there's barely any romance if you exclude Hunk, and that's one of the things it did right over LoK.
