Early in Brubaker's run, after Bendis ends his Daredevil by having Matt get arrested for being Daredevil (I'm sure he had actual crimes besides being a vigilantee, enough to be put in the same prison as the Kingpin and Bullseye, but I forget them), the Punisher finds out, snaps the neck of an abusive pimp in front of a cop, and surrenders just to help Matt out.

She was arrested for shoplifting, Fury filled her in on her earthquake powers, how she got them (this was back when she got her powers from being Hyde's kid, and not from being an Inhuman, although they take the time to say she is totally not a mutant, "so she's not an X-Men character, okay Fox?). Seriously, the degrees to which they make clear she's not an X-Men character would make me laugh if they weren't so pathetic.
