No doom and Crisis were seperated movies and not considered part of the DCAU. They have the new DCAM universe which started with Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox and then went to Justice League: War and Justice League: King of Atlantis

I noticed that Batman gets his ass kicked alot in this movie, strangely enough.

Martian Manhunter romance was awful
Batman kills two people and nobody bats an eye

Aside from that, pretty good. Superb animation.

To be fair, someone was going to die regardless trying to open the portal, Batman just decided that Flash's life wasnt worth throwing away and Johnny should at least do one redeeming thing. As for Owlman, it was either him or the entire multiverse. Also I think Owlman could have aborted the detonation

Keep in mind, the only people Batman went up against had the powers of Shazam and Wonderwoman. Also, when he fought Owlman he had at least one broken rib at the time. Also, while Owlman was technically human he was wearing a powersuit during his bout with the Bat that would have let him go toe to toe vs Superman (he stated that "the flying man" might have put up a challenge). All together, I think Batman was a legit badass in this movie.

I wish they spent more time on Superman and Good Lex rather than focusing on Jon and the President's daughter. Throne of Atlantis is pretty meh.

Wonder Woman was also pretty meh.

Justice League vs Teen Titans was decent, but ends up getting bogged down in the same kind of ZOMG DAMIEN UR SO AWSUM shit that ruins everything that little shit touches. Which is a shame because the actual interactions between the characters are good and there's a lot of solid moments scattered throughout.

I say 6/10 for the lot.

It was actually intended to be a bridging movie between JL and JLU. You can elements of that in the movie, the new teleporter system and calling in reserve heroes. After seeing the army of villains the CSA had organized, the new expanded JL was meant to be a good version of that but still wound up scaring the hell out some people.

It was a pretty great damian.
The movie is also a blessing for batwoman as it revealed well in advance of the next reboot that the character does not work without dont ask dont tell as an easy out from the military.
