Honestly, I'm not surprised these guys are looking old, they've been doing South Park for 20 fucking years, it makes sense that all the development stress would take it's toll on them
I'm suspect that they will probably be more hands off with the show and take the roll of producers instead of directors/writers within the next five years

Matt Stone is half-jewish. Half-jews are generally attractive and age very well, similar to Mulatto's, but have the advantage of also having white skin.

The downside being that while older half-jews look way younger than they are, so do young half-jews. I'm approaching 30 but without my beard I could pass for a high school student.

I highly doubt that actually, as up until this point it's been so distinctly the vision of just a couple of people (more than just about anything on TV) that it would be a radical departure for them to more often incorporate other directors or scriptwriters. Note that South Park does have other writers, who sit and toss ideas around in a sitcom-like fashion, but Trey Parker writes and decides what goes in the script, and he's been the sole credited writer and director for many, many years. So while Trey makes final creative decisions and puts them into motion, Matt has plenty of input and oversees the production while Trey assembles the pieces. And then they both also do most of the voices.
South Park with different people making the creative shots would be as weird and weak as Boondocks season 4, and I think they'd end the show before that would happen. And it seems like they're intent on doing the show until they get sick of it, and currently they seem more engaged with the characters than they've been in a long while. (Possibly new inspiration and more focus now that Book of Mormon is behind them and was a huge success)
