I theorize Fee and Foo have no traditional parents.

In my theory, Fee and Foo were among the last imps created in a natural imp creating temple/plant. Being imps, Fee and Foo don't age, are locked to a childlike physique and mentality and can only be killed through physical force. Imps are normally mischievous creatures designed to create as much chaos as possible (bassically the antithesis to Halbreath). However, something happened at least a few centuries ago that lead to the destruction of the imp crating temple/plant and scattered many of the imps (including Fee and Foo away from each other. Now with severe amnesia regarding their origins and purpose, Fee and Foo spent all their time up until recently hiding from other inhabitants of the forest, wandering the Bignark forests and causing chaos. They did this until a certain young brief named Harvey found them and befriended them.
