I prefer her being a much paler green, like her skin is just a little sickly instead of full Orion slavegirl. It's similar to her normal coloring but more subtle, so it's feasible that people wouldn't recognize her as a mutant immediately.

This is is my favorite Ivy design, as much as I don't care for The Batman. The rose petal hair is brilliant. I wish there was more cheesecake of her (she's canonically 19, at least as of the comics based on the show).

Honestly I'd probably just make her a smaller version of this Ivy and focus more on the duality between her and Pamela. The fact that Pamela is a bit of a nerdy plant obsessed Wallflower and Ivy is the sexy plant based Femme Fatale power fantasy she always wanted to be. And how she interacts with other villains trying to seem like a badass and not a shy dork. That and I'd explore all the many cool different affects plants can have on you. And the different ways she could either poison you or even heal you.

She'll seduce men, she'll seduce women, but only really cares about the ecosystem and has formed an attachment to Harley. As a being that doesn't really see sex in a personal way, while she's attracted to Harley and is physical with her in many comics it's also why she wouldn't care if Harley fucks others. Sex is pretty much nothing to Ivy. While Harley/Ivy has always been real they'll never be that sort of committed married lover thing going on, it's just a very fucked up relationship.
